Francine Delany School & Community Garden
The Francine Delany School Garden consists of garden beds growing annual veggies and herbs throughout the school campus. Over the past several years, parent volunteers have helped us significantly expand our gardens, adding a central area of several raised beds in a central part of campus. Students are engaged in all parts of the food cycle from planting seeds to tending seedlings to harvesting and eating. Produce grown in the garden is used in FEAST classes and sent home with students. We host workdays throughout the year so the community can help us with our bigger projects.
